Rules

The Filmmakers of J& K can send more than one entry but for non J& K Filmmakers number of films per Director/ Producer at the pre selection stage is strictly one.

There is no entry fee.

For Competition, Non-competition and Student sections filmmakers can submit their short films, feature films, or documentaries that have been produced after 1st March 2023.

Films that are not in either of the languages that are understood locally i.e. kashmiri, dogri, pahari, gogri, hindi, urdu or english need to be subtitled in english.

We are accepting Feature Films, Short Films, Student Films, Documentary Films

Keeping the venue of the festival, we would like to inform you that we cannot have very upfront religious issues being discussed in negative light. We are looking for great cinema with greater messages
